Payment
Payment methods accepted – PayPal preferred, but may make exceptions in certain circumstances for other payment methods of your choice.
Payment is due within 3 days of purchase, otherwise the sale will be cancelled. If for some unforseen reason you need to cancel a purchase prior to payment please contact me for cancellation.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped 2-3 days after receiving payment. Excluding public holidays, strikes & other special circumstances, then will be sent the following working day. All items are shipped via Czech Post unless otherwise stated or requested.
Shipping to:
– Europe usually takes 5 to 7 business days.
– USA & Canada usually takes 7 to 10 business days.
– Australia takes 7 to 10 business days.
– Japan takes 7 to 10 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
If, for any reason, you were not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me within 2 days of reception, in unworn and undamaged condition, and I will refund its price to you upon reception. I do not refund shipping cost though.
Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
