SNASH JEWELRY is open to all wholesale and consignment requests. Please reach out with all inquires. While we are not accepting consignment orders, we are happy to discuss wholesale opportunities – please inquire!

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All items will be shipped within 10-21 days (updated shipping times due to coronavirus production slowdowns) of receiving purchase payment. Please allow an extra 10 days for plated items. If more time is necessary, we will inform you in advance with a new shipping timeline. We do everything possible to make sure you get your product quickly - we know you’re excited and so we try to hurry!

All items ship within the United States for $5.00. Any additional item shipped to the same address within the United States is an additional $2.00 per item. Included in this charge is USPS Ground, Priority, or First Class shipping (we always choose the fastest option), a hefty bubble-wrapped shipping package that will surely keep your product safe, a stamped or otherwise labeled SNASH JEWELRY box, business card(s), sticker(s), and tracking information, which will be provided to you. If you wish to ship by registered mail, include delivery confirmation, insurance or any other addition, we are happy to accommodate for a small additional fee. We are not responsible for any items that are not covered by insurance!

If you wish to have your item shipped to any address other than the one listed on your ETSY/PAYPAL account, please contact us with that information upon checkout. If you would like any special notes, packaging or wrapping included with your purchase, please let us know at checkout and we will accommodate.

Should you want your package to arrive by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or any other shipping service, please make a note of this at checkout. There will be an additional fee for this service that you will be notified of before the package ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is $13.00 and $3.00 for each additional item. Included in this shipping charge is the same as listed above for domestic purchasers. While international items will still be shipped within (3) business days of payment, please allow for longer delivery time. If you need any orders expedited, please inform us at checkout so we can get you a proper shipping quote. We cannot be held responsible for any international customs charges.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy and have an awesome shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within (7) days of receiving your item(s) and we will work with you to make it right. While we do not offer refunds for our merchandise, we are happy to honor size exchange requests, within reason and availability, for items purchased. We cannot offer size exchanges or refunds for any plated item. If a requested size exchange is not in stock, we charge $15 to re-size your ring in addition to re-shipping charges.

All exchanges must be approved prior to sending items back to us. To inquire about exchanges, please send us a message. The return address for exchanges, once the exchange is approved is -
