Sofisticata is a collection of hand-made and hand-stitched rosettes, embellishments, bridal accessories, shoe clips, doggie hair clips, as casual fun hair pins, brooches and flower hair clips for everyday wear. Nothing in my shop is just glued. I hand stitch all of my items for lasting perfection.
Each piece is delicately handcrafted using the best quality materials available. My designs incorporate gemstones, beads, sequins, crystals, feathers, wire, and metal findings. These flowers are handstitched and handcrafted, each one will be unique (small variations are only natural to find). The pieces are very light weight, and besides the usual positioning of a brooch on your shoulder, they would also look great on a hat, handbag, scarf, belt, or even to decorate your home (curtains, pillows, etc), enhance art or wherever your imagination takes you!
My aim is to make unique and beautiful, yet affordable fascinators, tiaras and pins available to anyone who may want one. Whether it be a wedding fascinator, or just an everyday pin, I will create the perfect accessory to your style and taste, (I can make most of my designs smaller to match the 'American Girl' doll and in different colors).
