I ship the items to the Etsy ADDRESS provided, unless otherwise noted, so please make sure that the ship to address is correct.
A purchase typically ships within 3-4 days of confirmed payment from PayPal.
Items are shipped uninsured. Items will ship with delivery confirmation.
Once a package is accepted by the Delivery Service, I am no longer involved in the delivery process. For your piece of mind I encourage you to add insurance in case of loss or damage. If requiring insurance, kindly contact me prior to purchase. I take the time to wrap all my packages carefully for safe delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges
I have a very simple return and exchanges policy:
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving shipment to get an RA# and to let me know before returning your order if there was a problem with your purchase.
Items returned without INSURANCE or without an RA# on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
Kindly contact me WITHIN 3 days of confirmed online delivery confirmation date showing package was delivered.
RETURNS must be insured for the value paid, this is for your safety so that in case of damage or loss your Delivery Company will cover that loss. Buyer pays return shipping.
Refunds are issued on ready made items minus shipping charges and all fee's such as listing fee's, processing fee's, etc.
Refunds will be issued less shipping charges and fee's after I get the item back in the same condition that I listed, unused and unaltered condition.
Custom Orders, reserved and put on hold items are non-refundable.
