Hello and welcome to the Etsy shop of soothed by rainfall studios, featuring fine art by Paige Wallis.
Payment
All payments should be made through PayPal.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of checkout.
Shipping
I ship all purchases within three business days.
Priority shipping is available upon request.
Refunds and Exchanges
If any prints* or note cards sustain damage during the delivery process, just email me a photo of the damage and they shall be replaced free of charge.
If any original artwork is irrecoverably damaged during shipment, please return it to me so that I may weep bitterly over its corpse and I will issue you a full refund (including return postage).
If anything you purchase just fails to make you as happy as you'd hoped upon its arrival to you, just return it to me securely packaged and I will refund the original purchase price.
*If it is only the mat part of the matted print that has a ding or crumpled corner then there will be no replacement...BUT I do solemnly swear to always do my best to ensure that the item is packaged as securely and protectively as possible so that it arrives to you in perfect condition.
