Ready to Ship items will be shipped within 3 business days.
All items that are handmade upon order or are custom orders, please allow approximately 7-10 days for your order to be made & shipped. Please refer to my shop announcements or Facebook Fan page "Sophia's Circus" to make sure there is no delay at the time you order. Thank you.
USPS Priority shipping is used in an effort to ensure timely delivery. I will have a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
Insurance is available on packages at the cost of $1.70 at the request and payment of the purchaser. If you do not insure your packages and they are lost, it is not at the responsibility of myself.
All orders are shipped to the address on file with PAYPAL. However I do cross reference the Etsy shipping address & your Paypal address. If this address is not the correct address, please let me know in a note to seller or such. I am not liable for packages that are shipped to the wrong address if a different address needs to be used other than the address PAYPAL has on file for you.
