While I am very careful to pack items so they travel well, breakage and damage are impossible to prevent ALL the time. I will INSURE fragile items. Be sure to save the original box and all packing materials used. IF you receive an insured item that is damaged or broken, please follow the instructions on the USPS web side for filing a claim. https://www.usps.com/ship/file-insurance-claims.htm
SHOULD your claim be denied and deemed the shippers fault due to insufficient packaging, a full refund of your purchase price + shipping costs will be refunded to your PayPal account upon presentation of proof of claim denial, a photo of the damaged items AND the box and all packing materials. PLEASE understand that I cannot 'speed things along' when it comes to the amount of time required for the PO to process the insurance claim.
