Now that the nice weather is here- I usually spend weekends at our lake house with the family. I do not have the best internet connection there so please be patient with me regarding messages. I usually do not ship on the weekends.

WEATHER here in the midwest delayed our arrival home, has caused power outages and general mayhem. My access to Etsy is limited at best. I may not be able to respond to messages at this time. PLEASE NOTE- I will be on vacation from 5-15/5-20. NOTHING will be made or shipped during that time. If you need something by a certain date- you need to contact me PRIOR to ordering to see if that is possible.

Thank you for visiting my shop... Bella Ballerina is named for my daughter, Bella, who also models for the shop (the leopard and zebra rompers, blue romper, pink romper...) I make and sell the same things that I like to dress my own little princess in. I specialize in custom outfits for pageants, holidays, special occasions and photos- petti rompers, pettiskirts, tutus, ruffled baby bloomers, wings and hair pieces. I am a former dancer and pageant girl and my mother owned a dance studio and made costumes for competitions and pageants. She helps with sewing when needed. CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME IS ONE-TWO WEEKS. Many items I have in stock and ready to ship but you MUST contact me if you need it sooner than two weeks to see if that is possible. I need the date need by in the message at checkout...it is so much easier for me to keep track of than searching endless emails for it.

Please note: While I have many items (bloomers, hair accessories, leg warmers, tops, rompers....) in stock, some items are made to order. My pettiskirt turn around is 1-2 weeks....most of my lace leg warmers, shorts and pants are also made to order and have a one week turn around. I make my items in the order that I receive them and turn around time during Holiday seasons will vary. Some items are always in stock, contact me for info.
PLEASE NOTE- shirts I use are seasonal- I will use what is available and try to use long sleeved in cooler weather and short sleeved in warmer weather. IF you have a preference and it is important to you, leave a note at checkout.

Please note... my outfits and hair pieces contain small parts. Your child should not be left unsupervised.
Shipping Policy: I ship using Paypal or USPS- usually priority mail. I do not email a tracking number but you can access it via your Paypal account or your Etsy account- if I ship using Etsy, it will send you an email. Please note that I ship 2-3 times a week (Monday, Wed, Friday) and that you email will state that it will ship within the next 48 hours- not immediately. I pay for delivery confirmation so I will know when your item arrives. I ship to the address on your Etsy/Paypal account. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure it is correct and up to date. I do not insure my items and once it leaves my home and is in the hands of USPS, I am no longer responsible for the items. I you would like to purchase insurance, contact me when placing the order. I will not offer refunds for items lost in the mail if the delivery confirmation shows it was delivered but will provide the info to you so you can place a claim with the post office. The post office has not been as great with delivering within the time period it says- priority mail 2-3 days- in the past month. I will ship 4-5 days prior to the date you requested it by just in case, but am not responsible for delays. I will ship Express, but the buyer will have to pay the shipping cost. I will do everything I can to help you with any problems that occur with the post office. If is "lost" and the delivery confirmation and tracking info shows this... I will consider refunds or replacements.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: I suggest hand washing and hanging all items in my shop to dry or laying flat. If you purchased an applique top.... make sure that you do not use any fabric softener as it removes the adhesive on rhinestones and appliques.
