1 out of 5 starsI hate to leave a review before I even receive the product, but I don't know what else to do. My order was to ship November 20. I placed my order on November 8th. One single pair of pants was all my order was. I contacted the shop via message 6 days ago, still WAY past the ship date, and still have not received an answer back. At this point I suppose I will file a paypal claim to get my money back. It's now December 7th, a month since I placed my order, and the shop has never once contacted me. Awful, awful seller. Please beware!!!

Buyer never messaged us that the item hadn't arrived. When this was posted and Etsy case opened, the shop was closed for vacation. I immediately contacted the buyer, offering a refund or replacement for the item that didn't arrive. A full refund was given promptly. Unfortunately, sometimes things do get lost during shipping and although the buyer didn't purchase insurance- we still refunded in full at our loss. I am sorry that she didn't get her item.

I am sorry you thought they were "smaller" than you expected.... I post the size of the wings clearly in the listing and provide 5 photos on models so you can see the size before purchase. Had you contacted me.... I would have happily accepted a return and refunded your purchase. Leaving feedback instead of contacting me with any issue doesn't allow a seller to fix an issue.... even when it isn't their fault- as in this case when buyer didn't read listing at time of purchase.

Reviews are for reviews of products.... not for inquiring about shipping time. I am not sure why buyer left a 1 star review- that damages a shops stats and reputation when they could have just sent a message regarding an estimated ship time? Buyer said they would remove this... never did- so my shop is stuck with a one star review.

3 out of 5 starsThe item doesn't look as nice as it does in the picture. The feathers are definitely not as full. If you need anything in less than a month, don't order from this person. She does state that her turn around times are quite lengthy. Luckily, I was in no hurry. However, it was a bit disappointing that once the shipping label was created it was still 2 1/2 weeks before the item arrived.

This item was ordered during the Halloween rush in my shop. It clearly states in my shop info that I had a 3 week turn around time (NOT including the first week of October due to a family obligation) plus shipping time. The item shipped within the time in my shop announcement & did not take 2 1/2 weeks for shipping. Tracking info provided to buyer shows this is not true. If she knew about my turn around time, then she shouldn't be leaving negative feedback. I post that to be fair and honest to buyers upfront..... so that you know what to expect. I am a mother to two small children and a full time wife and teacher.... I keep my turn around times according to the amount of orders I have, busy times of year and family obligations. It is up to date and always honest.

1 out of 5 starsI have not received my package as of yet b/c the seller has cancelled it, but feel it is extremely necessary to leave a review in regards to very poor customer service. I will admit that I am new to etsy, so after I placed my order on 10/17 I asked the seller if my order would be received by or before 10/25/14. She told me that I should have read her shipping policy and shop announcements... (poor customer service in my opinion). To make a long story short, the seller most definitely took the wrong tone of my messages and said I was rude (when really the seller was very short with me) and that I had no reason to be angry b/c she did me a "favor" by sending my package early. I have no idea where that came from... Not sure how someone can be rude when inquiring for an ETA. I will never give this business my money! Good luck 2 u!
