~*What is a tart?*~
A candle tart is a piece of scented wax without a wick for use in tealight or electric powered tart warmers(often called tart burners). They are also called potpourri tarts or wax melts. You do not add water to these when you use them. Just place the tart in the warmer, light your tealight--or plug in an electric warmer--and the wax will melt and scent will diffuse throughout the room.
