★★ YAY! My youngest son is graduating (H.S.) on 5/17! We have lots of graduation festivities in the days ahead, so I will have very limited computer time 5/15-5/19. I pinky-promise that I will get back to you just as soon as I can. Thank you in advance for understanding that my family comes first! {My daughter's surgery was postponed until 5/22}.

My lead time* for CUSTOM orders is approximately 2 weeks from the order date.
*This time-frame begins after your order is placed, payment is received and ALL of the required information (fabric choices, personalization info, etc.) is received.

★ IMPORTANT: After your order is placed, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE be sure to log in to your etsy account to check for messages, as I will contact you just as soon as I can to confirm your order (I will not send you a separate e-mail - only a conversation through etsy).
★ Understand that if any information is missing, your order will not be officially placed on my schedule until I receive all of the required information that is necessary to process your order. If I don't hear back from you in a reasonable amount of time, I am happy to choose the details for you. :)
★ Be sure to double check for correct spelling (and punctuation, if applicable). Embroidery will be done exactly as you type it. Ex. If you type in all capital letters, that is how it will be embroidered.
★ SHIPPING: After losing money on numerous packages (especially international shipments - some rates practically doubled!), I have had to raise my shipping prices. Please understand that I do not profit from shipping....I just can't continue to lose money. International : If you are overcharged by more than $1, I will send a refund (via paypal) once the package has been shipped.
★ OUT OF PRINT/LIMITED FABRICS: Prices on items made using certain out-of-print fabrics may be higher than my regular prices. All out-of-print/limited fabrics are clearly marked and the only sizes that are available are the ones listed. I am sorry, but these fabrics are not available for any of my "design your own" blanket listings.

2/28 - UPDATE: Thank you, thank you, thank you for your well wishes. (I had some complications with this recent surgery {kidney stones, again!}, and it has taken me far longer to recover than ever before). Numerous messages went unanswered before I left, and I am terribly sorry about that! Once I started feeling well enough to work, I had a very hard time trying to catch up with everything.
