About my lifetime guarantee: The "weakest" part of any bracelet or necklace is the clasp/crimp area. Even with the utmost care, sometimes a clasp can pop or be pulled off. I will fix any sort of damage like this for FREE. If you live very far away, I may ask to be compensated for shipping, but this only applies to overseas shipping rates which are a great deal higher than shipping here in America.
If a bead or crystal is badly chipped or broken due to neglect or rough play I will restring the bracelet or necklace for a small re-stringing fee and shipping.
Ultimately, I want any jewelry you buy from me to last as long as possible, and I promise to service anything I have made for the lifetime of the piece!
