Payment

I accept payment by major credit/debit card or through Paypal. Please make payment within 3 days of purchasing an item. If you experience a problem with this then please do let me know as soon as possible.
Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred.

Shipping

All purchases should be posted within 1-3 business days from the payment clearing. Please note that any personalised items or those handmade to order will require more time.
Items will be sent by Royal Mail and Airmail under their standard level of postage. If an item is urgent, please email me before purchasing and I will try to find an alternative option. Items of value over £30 will be sent with additional insurance and tracking available.
I will always retain proof of shipping and in the event of package misplacement it will be the buyer's responsibility to contact the shipping agent. I will endeavour to help as much as possible.
