I make my spindles from a variety of wood grown in New Zealand.
All spindle shafts feature a hand made sterling silver hook.
Spindles are named generally alphabetically. This is partly to help me keep track of listings and partly for my own amusement. Of course once you have your spindle in your hands you can change its name, (and gender!) to suit.
