Welcome to Spinning Tree Hoops :) I started this site to share my love of hooping with you all! I craft all of my hoops with love and attentiveness. I use all kinds of influences and materials for my hoops including lots of different fun tapes, ribbons and fabric. If you don't see the exact color or pattern you would like - feel free to send me a message and I will work with you to create the perfect hoop that you have been looking for!

Sizing Info:
The best way to determine which size hoop is best for you is to measure the height from the floor to your belly-button and then add about 2 inches (mainly this is a good starting point if you have never hooped before! :)

In general people who are 5'4" and shorter work well with a 40" hoop to start off with.
Those who are 5'5" and taller work best with a 42" hoop to start off with.

As a hooper progresses in their hooping - we tend to move to smaller sized hoops :)
