At the present time my custom items ship within 5 business days OR AS STATED IN LISTING. NO BACKUPS OR SCHEDULE DELAYS. Ready made ship same day or next business day depending on process time of your payment. I will combine shipping on any items as long as paid for with just one invoice. I ship " lst class" mail unless noted as "priority mail" in listing with tracking and delivery confirmation in USA. If your items weigh more than allowed for lst class then I ship Priority Mail" in USA. Please remember that my pet items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
