Thanks for visiting Spunk & Sass Designs! We have a variety of items so please browse around. We love making things for you and hope they'll find a special place in your life. Please share our site with others should you feel so inclined :)
Payment
We accept payment through PayPal to ensure a secure transaction for both parties.
Payment is due upon purchase. Please be sure to pay as soon as possible, as that will ensure your item is shipped sooner.
If you are unable to use PayPal, please convo us and we'll try to work something out. We prefer PayPal as it's safer and more secure, but we'd love to have your business.
All orders sold to Texas residents will incur the 8.25% sales tax.
To cancel a sale, you must notify us within 24 hours.
Custom orders require payment upfront.
Shipping
We ship via USPS First Class. Price depends on weight of item(s). Delivery Confirmation with every purchase.
Due to our lives now filling up with babies we are shipping on Wednesday & Saturdays only. If we get your order between Saturday evening & Tuesday, it will ship Wednesday. If we get your order Wednesday evening through Friday it will ship Saturday.
{**Please make sure your Etsy and PayPal addresses match to ensure prompt delivery of your items.**}
If you need expedited shipping, please convo us before purchasing as that will change the shipping costs. We're happy to work with you. If you want insurance on your shipment, please note this to us as well - the cost is $2.
We are not shipping internationally, other than to Canada, at this time. Please stay tuned for changes on this subject.
If an item needs to be canceled you must notify us IMMEDIATELY. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your item is damaged during shipment, please let us know immediately upon receipt.
If no insurance was purchased, we are NOT responsible for lost items.
We hope each item you receive is as you expected, however if it is not please return the item within 10 days and we will gladly refund your purchase less shipping charges.
Earrings cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
You are responsible for the charges incurred when returning an item, unless told otherwise.
Custom items CANNOT be returned.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Please allow up to 2 weeks from date of purchase for completion of custom items. We will notify you when your item ships.
If you are purchasing your item as a gift, please let us know. We're happy to ship to the designated recipient.
Special packaging or gift wrapping is also available upon request and subject to additional charges.
Should you have any questions about a purchase or product, please convo us. We will get back with you within 24 hours unless we are on vacation.
All items sold at Spunk & Sass are made in smoke-free, pet friendly homes.
