Welcome to my new etsy shop!

Hello, my name is Stephanie Amos, aka SAMOS, and I'm a photographer. I studied in Italy at Fondazione Studio Marangoni under Alessandra Capodacqua. There I learned the art of printing in a REAL darkroom. Lights off, chemicals, and running water. Nowadays we are bombarded with the ever evolving digital world. As much as it pained me to explore the dark side, I developed a new friendship with the new technology and all it has to offer. That doesn't mean that black and white is not far from my heart. I absolutely LOVE being in the darkroom. There is something magical about seeing the life of an image come right before your eyes in a tray of liquids. It's just AMAZING to me!

Here at ARTSY SHOTZ you will be able to purchase hand processed prints straight from my darkroom to your door. I print all my black and whites on Ilford Multigrade Fiber paper.

You will also find intriguing digital prints that have been photographed by me and altered in some form or another in my digital darkroom.

All prints can be made to many different sizes. If you need a size other than the one listed, please convo me. I will be more than happy to accommodate your needs.
