These are questions most commonly asked. If your question is not addressed here, please CONTACT US. By placing an order, you agree to the terms listed below with no exceptions.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Items purchased requiring no customization are typically processed between 3-5 business days. Items purchased requiring customization take a little bit longer and you should allow 2 weeks for the entire process (order, payment, proof approval, shipment, arrival).

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We ship our packages First Class with the United States Postal Service.

MAY I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
At this time we are not accepting any custom orders. We do hope you'll find something you're looking for in our shop.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM DESIGN/BRAND DEVELOPMENT?
We are no longer accepting any custom design or branding projects. We are currently working on a list of other professionals that we know and trust to take good care of you.

I LIVE IN (OR I'M COMING TO) NASHVILLE. DO YOU HAVE A BRICK AND MORTAR STORE I CAN VISIT?
At this time we do not have a brick and mortar shop and while we would love for y'all to stop by, we currently have a closed studio.

WHAT IS YOUR NUMBER? CAN I CALL YOU?
We are a very small online shop and at this time to do not offer over-the-phone customer service. If you have a question or concern please email us (courtney@stephaniecreekmur.com) or fill out our contact form.

WILL I RECEIVE A PROOF OF MY STAMP BEFOREHAND?
Yes and no. Stamp proofs are not provided for With Love, State or Monogram stamps. A stamp proof is always sent for address stamp orders after purchase is made and we have received the necessary information. We will then email you a proof and your approval is needed before the order is sent into production.

WHERE DO I SUBMIT MY WORDING/PHOTOS?
Please include necessary information in the additional comments section while checking out. Any photos to be used in a design will need to be emailed to courtney [!at] stephaniecreekmur.com.

DO YOU OFFER LETTERPRESS PRINTING?
While we think letterpress is a beautiful art, it's not how we do things around here. The majority of our products are printed digitally.

DO YOU EVER OFFER DISCOUNTS OR COUPON CODES?
We do occasionally have sales and these will be announced to our newsletter subscribers and Instagram, Facebook and Twitter followers. We also have a Sales category in the shop where you can see any items currently on sale.

DO YOU POST INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. However, Stephanie Creekmur is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to your order.

IS STEPHANIE CREEKMUR SOLD IN A STORE NEAR ME?
We are so excited to announce that we are now partnering with select shops across the country. To see if we're carried at a retailer local to you, please check out our Stores page.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All items (excluding personalized and sale items) purchased from Stephanie Creekmur may be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us (courtney@stephaniecreekmur.com) and let us know you will be returning the item and why. Stephanie Creekmur is not responsible for any shipping fees incurred. Once we have received the item and have made sure it is not damaged and it is in its original packaging, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item only. We will NOT refund any shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged due to post office negligence we ask that you contact us (courtney@stephaniecreekmur.com) with a photo and we will do our best to help you.

CANCELLATIONS
If at any time you wish to cancel your order, Stephanie Creekmur does not issue refunds. You will lose any full or partial payments that have been made. No exceptions. I will, however, offer you a one time courtesy rain check and you will be able to use a partial credit towards a future project.

PERMISSIONS
Stephanie Creekmur is not liable for any photos provided by it's clients. Please be sure to have permission from your photographers before submitting any photography for me to use in your photo cards.
