While the design of the invitation was what I expected. Service was awful. There were times when it took Kendra days to get back to me in regards to changes to my invite. Even my Printer complained about the delay. My printer had requested some changes to the design so that he could print them out. Despite her claims that she had done the changes. My Printer told me that the changes were not done. Despite this my Printer was able to still print my invitations and I'm grateful for his skill. I am also grateful that I only hired her to do my invitations and only that. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had hired her to do anything else. This was my first and last time ordering from this company.

The invitations came out perfect! The only drawback was our personal ignorance... My soon-to-be mother-in-law ordered these invitations and envelopes, put a stamp on it and stuck it in the mail. Because the envelopes were square they required extra postage. All invitations were received by the guest with a "postage due" notice. Oops!
