We welcome custom dye orders in most of our colorways, both kettle dyed & handpainted. Minimum quantity is 5 skeins. Please convo for more information.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: If you are not completely satisfied with a regular-priced item, you may exchange it for an item of equal value within 30 days of purchase. Items returned for exchange must be unused and in the original packaging/labeling. Yarn that has been wound into balls cannot be returned. All sales are final on Sale, Destash, hand knit items and knitting patterns. Thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING POLICY: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to destinations in the U.S. and via International First Class Mail to everywhere else the United States Postal Service ships. See individual items for shipping rates.

Please note that with hand dyed yarns, shading and color distribution may vary between dye lots.
