*What makes my silhouettes different?
-All of my silhouettes are hand-drawn and hand-cut by me
-You have the option to purchase them framed or unframed
-I offer hundreds of color choices
-I offer personalization of your picture
-Custom work is my specialty!

*What makes my shop different?
-I believe that good communication is essential to the customer's satisfaction
-I treat my customers the same way I would like to be treated
-I do my very best to make your shopping experience a pleasant one

*Why so few items listed in my shop?
-I've learned from experience that the old cliches ring true...."less is more"..."quality over quantity." I've limited my shop to only a few of my best-selling/favorite items and custom design items. This saves time and money (for me and the customer!).

*How do I set my prices?
-By the materials, time, effort, love, and attention to detail I put into creating each picture
-Since my framed pictures contain glass, these items are shipped in the most affordable and safe way to my customers. Therefore, I ship all of my items by U.S. Priority Mail (unless otherwise noted).

*How will your package arrive?
-For framed pictures: Your package will arrive in a sturdy cardboard U.S. Priority Mail flat rate shipping box (If your package costs less to ship than the flat rate price, I will refund you the difference). Inside, your pictures will be carefully wrapped in newspaper (or other recycled material) and lovingly wrapped in colorful tissue paper with ribbon.

-For unframed pictures: Your package will arrive in a sturdy cardboard U.S. Priority Mail flat rate shipping envelope. Inside, your picture will be placed inside a clear protective cellophane bag and sealed.
