MADE TO ORDER
Made to order covers are made according to your specific size choices and cover options, and we are unable to take any returns. The current lead time is 1-2 weeks on all items.

Please read our listings and shop policies prior to purchasing an item. All made-to-order sales are FINAL, as our pillow covers are custom-made to the size you specify. Sale items are also NOT RETURNABLE.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE:
**Most domestic orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail or First Class. Exceptions are large shipments, which go ground unless other arrangements have been made.
IN STOCK items ship within 3-5 days first class or priority mail with confirmation.
MADE TO ORDER items take up to 10 business days for fabrication as long as the fabric is in stock.

I am happy to ship internationally and also to consolidate shipping on more than one item - just convo me if I have not provided a shipping quote for your destination.
PROFESSIONAL QUALITY:
I work hard to ensure excellent craftsmanship of the pillows and other products that I sell. I have a small team of very experienced seamstresses. All of the pillows are sewn on professional sewing equipment, overcast with finished edges to prevent fraying and have invisible YKK zipper enclosures. This provides long lasting, durable covers that will stay straight and beautiful over time.

I am sorry that you did not realize that inserts were not included in your order. I do not always provide inserts for my covers, especially larger, less common sizes. I emailed you directly with three possible sources for inserts in that size. I will make a list of possible suppliers to give my customers in the future. Hope you are otherwise happy with your order and as always, we appreciate your business.
