Payment
Payment is expected at the time of purchase!
I prefer PayPal but will also accept money orders or cashier’s checks. Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared. For alchemy and custom orders I require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to start working on your item/s. The remaining balance and shipping cost must be paid after completing and before shipping the purchased item/s.
Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, all items listed in the store are ready to go and will ship within 24 hours from clearing of payment. (PayPal orders will be shipped same or next business day. Orders paid any other way will be shipped after payment has cleared the bank).
All shipments will be sent to confirmed paypal addresses unless otherwise requested in notes to seller.
Shipping to USA and Canada via USPS priority mail, delivery confirmation included. International shipping via USPS parcel post.
Shipping charges do not include insurance. If you would like to insure your purchase please contact me before checking out and insurance will be added.

Refunds and Exchanges
I love what I do and take pride in the quality of my work.
I want everyone to love what they receive, so if you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact me IMMEDIATELY via Etsy conversation to discuss an exchange or refund. You may return an unsatisfactory item within 10 business days from receiving it. Refunds will be made after receiving and inspecting the returned item for damages. I will not refund damaged or destroyed items. Only the original cost of the item will be refunded. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If you did not purchase postal insurance and the item was damaged in the mail I will not refund the cost of the item.
