1 out of 5 starsBEWARE, NIGHTMARE, I ordered a pillow on November 15th, it was due to be shipped on November 29th. I has not had any contact from the seller at all despite multiple emails and messages. I saw it wasn't shipped and the notice said to contact the store for an update. Nothing, absolutely no communication. I then finally received a message from the seller stating she was OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND HADN'T CHECKED HER MESSAGES OR EMAILS. Meanwhile, she received payment on the 15th of Nov. She then informed me it was a custom order so it wasn't shipped yet. WARNING.... She advertises pillows but it only states "pillows" are a custom order at the very bottom of her page. My complaint is a shop owner charging my debit card, leaving the country and no communication. She then blamed me! Cancellation reason, " seller declines to sell to buyer"

This is the second time I have ask her to do a custom painting and they were beautiful. I look forward to doing buisness with her again as she is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. 1 out of 5 starsWaited over a month. Never did arrive! Credit card was charged same day as ordered. My inquires treated as hostile by seller. Very dissapointed. While the item looks beautiful on line I can only give it 1 star for customer service.

The seller wanted to cancel the order after 2 days, Custom orders take 2 to 3 weeks to ship. She was not happy from the beginning. I regret that I did not cancel her order. I shipped the item in time ,have proof o shipment. Was getting back to every email she sent, there were many. In the end, she claimed the item never arrived, which has never happened in my whole etsy experience. I did the full refund. I hope she is enjoying her Free Pillow Case. What a shame that after all my efforts she leaves a negative feedback!
