If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me prior to shipping. Custom items can only be cancelled if I have not already begun work on your piece. This includes all rings.
Sucree's jewelry is individually packaged in recycled and new materials. All jewelry comes boxed and ready to give as a gift.
Items will be shipped via First Class USPostalService once payment has been received. Free domestic shipping. ALL orders include insurance with shipping.
Sucree does ship everywhere! : ) Customs and duties will be the buyer's responsibility.
If this is a custom item, please allow up to three weeks for the creation of your piece. Thanks!
Refunds and Exchanges
For hygenic reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged so please make sure your ring size or color choice is correct. (Sizes are US.)
I would like you to be completely happy with your purchase, and I believe you will be delighted with your handmade accessory. I will accept a return, within 7 days, in the original condition, and will issue a refund, minus the initial shipping charge. A 15% or $15 (whichever is less) re-stocking fee will also be assessed on all returns. Please insure your item as I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.

Some important facts about my jewelry: All of my metal is recycled in the USA and made in the USA. Sterling silver(.925) is high quality, nickel and cadmium free. Fine silver (.999) is also high quality, nickel and cadmium free. My solder is also lead and cadmium free. Two of my favorite suppliers are www.HooverandStrong.com and www.RioGrande.com who openly state what their products are made of. They are proactive in reducing their environmental impact and promoting safe supplies for artists and jewelry wearers!
