These hoops are nothing like the hoop of the 50's or your typical toy store hoop. The hoops are bigger and heavier, made specifically for exercise and hoop dance. The larger size gives you plenty of space to twirl, swirl, and whirl your way to fitness. The extra weight ensures that you will get a fun and effective cardio workout. The hoops are the perfect size and weight for learning tricks as well. There’s a lot more to hooping than just spinning it around your waist!

Each hoop is constructed and decorated by hand ensuring a one of a kind piece of art. If you have a specific design or colors in mind, I'd be happy to custom make you a hoop. I have a wide variety of colors, patterns and materials to choose from.
