Welcome to Sugarhouse Ink! I love to create custom invitations and announcements that make a spalsh while keeping things simple and affordable for everyone involved.
Designs are sold as high res digital images (jpegs) that you can have printed anywhere (Walmart, Costco, Snapfish, Walgreens, etc.) for a very low price (6 to 15 cents per print) and order as many as you want!
I also provide printing services on photo paper or cardstock, so convo me if you're interested.
Payment
Payment will be accepted via paypal. If you pay with eCheck on paypal, I will not begin working on your order until payment has cleared. For example, if my turnaround time is 24 hours, you'll receive your design within 24 hours of your cleared eCheck.
Shipping
All orders for digital files will be sent via email.
If you order prints or envelopes, they will be shipped via priority USPS mail. Shipping dates varies by item and is specified on the listing. If you have questions about when your order will ship - ask!
The ONLY way to guarantee your shipment is to purchase insurance. This add-on is listed under 'printing and more' for $3.00.
Refunds and Exchanges
You will receive a high res version of your design via email. Any changes can be made at that time, and a revised design will be sent. I encourage you to carefully check the design for any mistakes, as I am not responsible for any errors once the design is approved.
Because you are paying for the time I take to customize your design, once a design is created, I cannot offer a refund. If you decide to switch designs after a design has been created, I'll invoice you for the second design.
I have printed the designs in their original color, but if you choose to change colors on a design I cannot accept responsibility for how they turn out.
If you are ordering envelopes or prints and they don't arrive, or arrive damaged, I can only offer a refund or reshipment if you have previously purchased shipping insurance from me ($3).
Additional Policies and FAQs
I am happy to send you samples if you would like them! I have sample packs of the various print options for $3. If you purchase prints from me, the $3 sample fee will be put towards your print order.
An important note on photos: When you submit images to Sugarhouse Ink, you certify that you own or have the written rights to use all photographs submitted by you. Sugarhouse Ink assumes no responsibility for obtaining permission from professional photographers and is not liable for reproduction copyright laws. Your images will not be used for promotions or advertising without written consent from you. You also certify that you are, or have received permission, from those pictured in the photographs. If the photo is of a minor, you are agreeing that you are, or have received permission, from that minor's legal guardians. Also, purchasing prints of a photo, CD, or DVD from a professional photographer or studio does not transfer the copyright of the photo to you, and the photo cannot be reproduced without a release. You can be personally responsible for copyright infringement even if you did not intend to break the law.
I like to display customer card designs on my blog (http://blog.sugarhouseink.com). All private information (phone numbers and addresses) is changed or blurred so it will stay private. If you would prefer that I not display your card, please let me know at the time of purchase.
If you do not send details (text and/or photos) for your card order within 30 days, your order will be closed on my books and you will not be eligible for a refund or edits/completion of your card design.
Please note that I am not an editor. I am happy to make suggestions if I see that your wording could use a little help, but I will not write the text of your card for you. Please do not send large amounts of text for me to work from or several photos for me to choose from. Please send the text and photos exactly as you would like them to appear on your design.
When you purchase from me, you are added to my e-newsletter list. If you wish to NOT be included in these mailings, just let me know.
