MY CURRENT PRODUCTION TIME IS ABOUT 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHIPPING. Shipping takes 2-3 business days with priority mail. Business days are considered Monday through Friday. If you need an order by a certain date, please calculate the estimated arrival time before ordering. Please know that I am a stay at home mom of 3 little ones, I work out of my home and do not have a big store. I do all the sewing, hand cutting, packaging and shipping myself. All items are custom made therefore do take time. I hate waiting for items too but please know that I work very hard and very long hours and have a lot of orders which I am so thankful for but this is why it takes the time it does for your order to get to you. Most of my work is done while my chidlren are sleeping or during the 2 1/2 hours they are gone at school. I try and answer all convos immediately but sometimes it takes me at least 24 hours to get all the convos answered. I try to accomodate all orders with a date but I please ask that you just ask me if it happens to be needed before 14 business days first before placing your order. I have 3 comericial machines that seem to run nonstop. I usually get around 300 orders a month between etsy and my website. I appreciate all of my customers and would love if you would contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your order before or after it arrives. I am a very fair person and a mom so if you aren't happy or satisfied please let me know to see what I can do to make you happy. My customers mean a lot to me and a lot have been repeat customers over the years. Thank you again for supporting me and my business I truly appreciate it!

**Feedback**
Please note there are two sides to every story about neutral or negative feedback. If any negative feedback has been given note that I have tried to work with the customer as best as I could but in the end there was not an agreement that could result in changing it. Please make sure to read what I have left for others. A few of these negative reviewers are not with etsy any longer but unfortunately negative feedback still stays. If I am wrong or there is a mistake in your item I will correct it by exchanging it for the same size and design or a store credit. As with any personalized items I do not give cash refunds. I ask that all issues be brought to my attention within 3 days of receiving the item. I will be happy to take care of the issue with you.

***SHIPPPING****
Everything is shipped via usps Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Priority mail usually takes an average 2-3 business days but is not guaranteed. If you need something quicker please ask and I will let you know if it is possible. If you need something by a specific date please put enter it with the personalization information.
