Hello cats and kittens,
All items listed are handmade by me so sometimes they take a while to ship out and you can also ask for custome made items with details to fit you.

Payment

Paypal and personal checks are the only accepted form of payment. Please makesure to pay your bill immediately after placing your order to ensure a speedy shipment. We also reserve the right to cancel your sale and relist the item if you can not pay your bill.

CA residents will be charged the normal sales tax in CA, I will have to send a revised invoice after the listing is purchased.

Shipping

All items are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS Priority Mail within three business days (or less) of your payment. We always use Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is available upon request for an additional charge. For international orders, We always use Priority Mail International, as a track-able service is needed to protect both the buyer and our selfs. We cannot and do not falsify customs forms. I do my best to ensure a safe and speedy arrival of your item, by packaging and mailing it promptly. Please, if your address for paypal is not the same as the one at etsy, you need to convo me and let me know exactly where your package should be shipped. -Otherwise, it goes to the address at paypal where the shipping label is generated. If, however, your package is an international one, it will ship to the address at Etsy. Any additional charges in shipping that might be incurred as a result of not notifying me of an alternate address will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items are a final sale but if you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me and we can see what can be done. We are also not responsible for stolen or damaged items after shipment has bin made.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I accept custom orders case by case and their is an additional charge as well as shipping can take a few days more but i will always keep you up to date.
