All of the items I sell are handcrafted 100% by me.
Everything I sell has to meet my strict standards. I wouldn’t sell anything that I personally wouldn’t be happy with buying.

Payment
I accept PayPal payments and all major credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. I require payment within 3 days of your
purchase. If there will be a delay in payment, please contact me. I'm happy to work with you, I just need to be informed.

Shipping
Shipping
I ship within 3 days of receiving a cleared payment. You will receive an email letting you know when your order will ship. If you want to change how the item will be shipped, (insurance or registered mail) , I will be happy to discuss these options. Once it's discussed if there needs to be any changes to the total I can figure this out.
If your etsy address does not match your Paypal address, your items will be sent to your PayPal address. I will confirm the address with you before sending.
No local pick-up.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please let me know within 7 days if you are not completely happy with your jewelry. You are welcome to return the item (The item must be returned in new and unused condition) for a full
refund of your payment, minus original shipping costs, when I receive the item(s). The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs back to me.
I want happy customers! If you're not happy, for any reason, please let me know. There is a solution to every problem.

PRODUCT PHOTOS
Although we spend a lot of time trying to make sure all products are accurately photographed, we can't guarantee that what you are seeing on your screen will exactly match the piece. Everyone's monitors are different and call be darker, lighter, even vary in hues slightly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason just let us know within 7 days and we will gladly refund you for your purchase, less the shipping costs
