Please understand there are two sides to every story about negative or neutral feedback. If any negative feedback has been given please note that I have not left anyone hanging, have accomodated their request and I in most cases have moved moutains for them and I have tried to work with the customer as best as I could but in the end there was not an agreement that could result in changing the negative or neutral rating. I am a reasonable person and if I said that mistakes, emergencies, delays with a thrid party shipper or delays in production did not exsist in my studio, I would not be very truthful with you. My studio runs just like any other business here on Etsy or anywhere else for that matter and situations, delays and other suppy issues on occassion do happen, however it is rare and I do everthing I can to please my customers and keep what I can control from happening, but things do happen that are beyond my control. I think all of my positve feedback is proof of that I am an amaizing seller who has many repeat customers who are happy and come back year after year. Please make sure to read what I have left for others. A few of these negative reviewers are new to Etsy and do not think there is any other way to resolve something. Along with what Etsy encourages, Please talk to me first if you are not happy or have an issue with something. I know we can always work something out. All that I ask is if an issue arrises that you bring it to my attention before leaving negative or neutral feedback .I will be happy to work out the issue with you.
