**PHEW folks we have fixed our shipping issues. Technology should be our friend but we upset it some how and it has been punishing us here at SweetBirdie for 2 weeks!




If you have not received your order please in convo tittle put transaction id # first followed by a date of purchase. We are only answering convos from customers at this time as we are still backed up in request convo's and custom convo's.


- We only accepts PayPal payments. Due to our out of state bank status it just gets too overwhelming to mail checks and wait for deposit. This also causes considerable delays as we DO NOT consider your order paid for until your check has cleared and then your order is placed into rotation.

- If paying by PAYPAL check see above. Your order is NOT put in rotation until your payment has cleared.

- Refunds/Exchanges- Only available on unworn, unwashed items. We will replace items if found that they were our error or manufacturer error. This applies to items like our appliqued shirts and screened tee's





Please note: We combine shipping from our main site at www.sweetbirdie dot com with our etsy site. Shipping refunds are given after your items are weighed!


ALL ORDERS placed after 10/12/2009 are on a 6-8 week production time. We are currently in holiday order and craft show season and can not guarantee a shorter time frame.


Convos are being answered during work hours only. Please give us up to 48 hours to respond.
