The herbs I care for in my ground and in the wild begin this venture. I cannot claim they do anything for you or that there are benefits to using herbs, you will have to discover this on your own through research and experience. Getting back to basics, my skin (and the skin of many of my customers) thrives. And, for me, that says it all!
Only 100% soaps are made here. They contain their own natural glycerin which greatly benefits our largest organ, the skin. Ingredients are listed on the label and in the description for those with allergies. Only distilled water is used in mixing the lye (sodium hydroxide). Teas, milks, and other liquids are added once the batch is already becoming soap. Otherwise, the liquids are “changed” by the lye. Other extra ingredients are added just before pouring to improve the chances of benefits to our skin.
Shampoo soaps are my best sellers online. Bath soaps are my best sellers at the local Farmers’ market. Shampoo soaps are 100% natural with the thinking we don’t need fragrant oils on our scalp. Some bath soaps are 100 % natural, too, and some use fragrant oils (with natural and synthetic ingredients). I make fragrant oil soaps to please my local customers, as well as some online customers. They will often have mica in them for visual pleasure. Recently, through the many requests of my customers, I have chosen to eliminate mica out of my 100% natural bath soaps.
All my other products are made to enhance our skin while using real soap. In other words, they work best on clean skin.
