Frequently asked questions
Holiday order deadlines & turnaround time
Please see our shop announcement (at the top of our page) for holiday order deadlines and current lead-time. Your purchase receipt will include an estimated shipping date as well. It's always best to order early. Order deadlines may change based on order volume. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a message from Etsy that includes your USPS tracking number. Delivery dates are not guaranteed because postal delays are out of our control.
Rush Service
Rush service is not available. We stitch items in the order purchased to be fair to all.
Hand Embroidery
Unless specified otherwise, embroidery in your choice of name is included in the price. Just tell us in the "notes to seller" box at check out what name to embroider on each item. All embroidery is done by hand by Amy and Angel, with the utmost attention to detail. We take great pride in the quality of our work. Our embroidery is not done by machine.
Sizing Details
Product sizes and measurements are provided in the listing for each item. If you need additional information do not hesitate to ask.
Care instructions
Our items are stitched to last. Most items can be washed on gentle cycle, cold water and hung to dry. Iron as necessary.
Gift Giving
If your purchase is a gift shipping directly to someone else, we'd be happy to include a gift note from you at no extra charge. Let us know in the "notes to seller" what you would like written on the card. Also, when shipping directly to the gift recipient, enter their name and address as the shipping address and let us know this is a gift shipping direct so we are sure to not include a packing slip with pricing on it.

We respect your privacy and will only use your contact information to communicate with you about your order, to fulfill your order, and for legal reasons (like paying taxes).
Wholesale availability
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of our items, we do not offer wholesale or consignment pricing.
