Please ensure your address is correct and complete before making a purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. PLEASE READ.
Items valued under £25.00 are shipped Airmail, no tracking, with an OPTION to buy extra postage with tracking at checkout.
Items valued over £25.00 will be shipped with tracking automatically and may require a signature for high cost purchases.
It is the buyers responsibility to track their order and collect it from the post office or arrange redelivery if they are not home to sign for their package.

After we have posted the package, delivery is aimed approximately within these time scales.
Europe - 4 days - 2 weeks.

USA - 7 days - 4 weeks. Usually takes about 8 - 14 days but there can be unforeseen delays which are out of our control.

Canada - 2 - 6 weeks. Usually arrives within 4 weeks. Canada Post often has delays, holding mail at Airport customs security and severe weather conditions, which are out of our control. Canada Post do not track international packages.

Australia and Asia 2 - 5 weeks. Usually takes about 14 days but there can be unforeseen delays which are out of our control.

The buyer is responsible any incurred customs charges. Delayed delivery is unfortunate but out of our control.

We always obtain proof of postage.

LOST PACKAGES.
International mail is not considered lost by Royal Mail until over 25 working days (not including weekends) have passed.

Expedited starts at around 45 USD. We will try our best to fast track orders, but this is not always possible, depending on the country. Please message us for more information.

CUSTOM ORDERS

we are happy to discuss custom orders depending on the request.
We don't accept returns or exchanges on custom orders.
Custom orders must be either collected from your post office or arranged to be re delivered if no one is in when the post person calls. If the package is returned to the UK due to neglecting to allow delivery, no refund will be made. Postage will need to be paid again, or the package will be destroyed.

Do take advantage of our excellent customer service and feel free to ask questions before you buy. I am happy to send small samples of fabric for colour matching within the UK. All item are made from scratch using skills in pattern cutting, machine and hand stitching, millinery and jewellery making. We have over 30 years experience working in professional fashion design in the UK.
