If you wish to personalize any of our items feel free to e-mail us your suggestions, and we will do our best to satisfy you. Any items that are personalized for you will never be duplicated, advertised or sold.
If you like what you see and wish to make a purchase, please take a moment to view our shop policies prior to submitting your order. If you are purchasing an item as a gift, we provide gift wrapping just let us know via e-mail to tattletaleboutique [!at] gmail.com or using Etsy's Communication Feature so we can work it out.
Payment is received via PayPal at the time the buyer clicks on "Commit to Buy."
If you do not have a PayPal Account you may submit a Credit Card Payment through PayPal without creating an account.
Please, payments must be received within 24 hours of the order. If no effort is made to contact us within 24 hours, the sale will be cancelled and the item(s) will be reposted in the shop.
If you are having problems or questions, please notify us immediately via e-mail at tattletaleboutique [!at] gmail.com or using Etsy's Communication Feature so we can work it out.
We will ship anywhere in the world, including Timbuktu in Africa or Timbuctoo in California, although it is now a ghost town, zip code unknown.
Since all purchases will be shipped to the address indicated by your Etsy transaction, Please make sure the information you provide is accurate so that your package will arrive in a safe and timely manner.
We ship using the US Postal Service Parcel Post (3-7 days).
We estimate the shipping costs by:
1. Shipping weight of the item.
2. Shiping costs from Roswell, NM to any postal zone 8 address.
3. We add $0.80 Shipping conformation of delivery by the Post Office.This allows you and us to track the progress of your package and lets us know when you received it.
4. Postal Zones are determined by the zip codes of the buyer.
Once the purchase has been made we will match your zone to the zone 8 shipping costs. If you live in a different zone (1 through 7), the difference in the shipping costs between YOUR Postal Zone and the Zone 8 fee will be refunded to the you.
We will, upon request, insure your package. If insurance is requested we will adjust the order to a "Special Listing"
We will email you when we mail the package out.
NOTE: The following is written with informational humor.
Due to high rate for International shipping the most economical shipping is "Parcel Post International Shipping”.
Roswell, NM is in the Southwestern part of the US, Billy the Kid country. That normally means your Purchase will leave Roswell, New Mexico on the first stagecoach going east or west from Roswell.
If there are no encounters with sand storms, Alien sightings or crash landings or highway bandits it should reach the closest harbor within 2 to 3 days.
Once it arrives at a safe harbor, (where big ships hang out) it will be put on the First Boat out , Normally a 3 masted scooner or such with a usual 10–14 Day delivery time depending on the winds. (This shipping discription has been written, we hope, in humor. The 10-14 day deliver time is true though.

Shoppers are invited to e-mail us for information on upgraded shipping, special deliveries, additional shipping costs and any handling fees that would be required for International shipping to your address. Please do not hesitate to ask us.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is our goal, first and foremost, to create pieces of quality and distinction. We do our best to provide accurate images and detailed descriptions of all items in our shop. We try to use only the best of materials and craftsmanship. If for some reason your purchase does not meet your requirements, return it and we will either replace it or refund your money, which ever you want. Sorry refunds do not cover any shipping.
We are committed to making your experience a positive one. With that in mind we hope to earn your future business and referrals. If for any reason you do not like the item you have purchased, return it to us and we will refund the purchased price of the item, however we can not refund shipping costs.
