Welcome to my dollhouse

I always had a love for dolls. As a little girl I received at least 2 or 3 new dolls for Christmas. Unfortunately, we have to grow up. No more dolls under the Christmas tree. Then I was blessed with two little girls and the dolls reappeared under the tree. But of course, they too have to grow up. Gone were the dolls once again.

I discovered that I could sculpt with polymer clay. A medium and a talent that I knew nothing about. As I explored my new talent, my love for dolls returned.

About my art dolls

In my dollhouse you will find many types of dolls. All of them are one of a kind and unique. They all have their own personality. Some are happy, some are grumpy, others are sad.

I am alway looking for new ways to perfect them. Everyday I find something new about my medium. Everyday I find something new about my abilities. I explore those new avenues to create a special one of a kind creation.

All of my dolls were sculpted with Super Sculpey. I use wire armatures. The dolls are hand painted with acrylic paint. I dress my dolls in carded wool that is hand needle felted or machine sewn using 100% cotton fabric.
