TIME FRAME: Please allow 10-14 for creation prior to shipment for designer buttons or multiple set orders. If you just need a small order or simple solid buttons they can go out in 1-2 days, just include a note upon checkout if your purchase is time sensitive for a project and we will get them out on time! If a different size or amount is needed, please contact me and I'll set up a special listing ---{★}--

CUSTOM ORDERS (meaning "new" designs)- Color changes, quantity and size changes on existing button styles are always welcome without booking an actual custom order. "Custom orders" are for "new" designs. If you are simply changing the color in an exisiting design, but no other changes are needed, you can checkout like normal, but simply leave your color changes in the notes to seller. If you need different sizes or quantities, please let me know before hand and I'll set up a special listing for your order. Please allow an additional week for actual custom orders (new designs, not color or quantity changes) Thank you!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Your button orders are all hand made to order. Orders are created in the order in which they are received and this all depends upon the current flow of orders received during a particular week. Please allow up to 10-12 for the creation of our hand made buttons prior to shipment. Please also know that we *always* strive to get orders out before our quoted time frames.

CPSA CONCERNS? We have obtained CPSC certificates from the manufactures of our clay suppliers. We attempted to go through the process of having our buttons tested, but we were informed by the 3rd party testing companies that buttons by themselves are not required to be tested. We did go one step further to obtain the proper certificates from our clay manufactures that have been certified through the CPSC. I do have it on file to share and I am more than happy to email you a copy to keep on file! We do have all of our bases covered if you would like to go forward with an order :)

WARNING: Please insure your buttons are stitched snug onto your garments to prevent a choking hazard. Our buttons are NOT meant for children's toys or sensory items.
