When I opened my package I was so surprised!! The fact that she thought to add a unique personal touch really took it to another level.

4 out of 5 starsI wanted to give 2 stars but it wouldn’t let me, the calligraphy is done with markers and is globbed in places where she stops the pen to make a new stroke. A couple of the bags have black smudging on them too.These are freehanded with no art or calligraphy skills involved. She just used a marker an wrote on the bags. The “artwork” freehanded around the names isn’t even or consistent. Anyone could do them at least as well as these were done.

Frequently asked questions
when will my item ship/arrive?
- please click on your "purchases" tab and check your order - there is an estimated "ship by" date that is usually 1-3 weeks from the purchase date that i will get your order shipped out (unless it is a special custom order). once shipped, this same area is where you will find the tracking and arrival information for your order!
my item arrived broken, what do i do?
- please snap a pic of the damage and send it to me. i will file a claim with the usps and get to work on a replacement for you as soon as possible! no need to re-order!
i need my item by a certain date, is this doable?
- please message me if the date is within 2 weeks of ordering and i will see if i can manage to get it to you in time. if the date is within 1 week of ordering and i tell you i can make it happen, it will be subject to a non-negotiable rush fee for $10. if the date is after 2 weeks from ordering, simply let me know when you need it by in the 'note to seller' section of your order and i will make it work!
i need to change the address on my order, what do i do?
- if the item hasn't shipped yet, simply message me the new address and i will make a note of it on your order sheet.
if the item is currently in transit, you can visit usps.com and type in the tracking number to try to intercept the package and send it to the new address.
if the item never arrives or was returned to me, i will resend it to the new address for an additional shipping fee.
i need to cancel my custom order, what do i do?
- because we begin processing your order as soon as you have ordered, there is a cancellation fee of 25% for ALL personalized items/custom requests. this does not apply to no-customization mugs, signs, or vow books. we will process your refund less 25% of the purchase price. we spend a lot of time creating your custom designs, so we offer a cancellation fee to accommodate our loss of time in creating the design and/or setting up the custom listing with you.
i am not pleased with my item, what do i do?
- please message me and let me know what you're not happy with, and we will see if we can work out a mutually beneficial solution! also, make sure you are careful to read the listing descriptions of each purchased item before messaging me - you may have overlooked a detail such as size (dimension), color, etc. that i am not responsible for.
how do i take care of my mug? can i put it in the dishwasher?
- every mug comes with a care instruction card inside.
mugs should be GENTLY hand washed in cool water to preserve the design (please do not use any sponges or scrubbers, and definitely NO dishwashers!). since this is a handmade piece, please expect normal wear and tear as you use it - but the better you take care of it, the longer it will last!
will my order really take 2-3 weeks to make & ship?
- in a lot of cases, NO! this estimate is more of a "cover my buns" type of scenario. you will usually receive your item well before the ship-by date.
however, if i become incredibly busy (expect this during peak times like wedding season (all summer), and holidays (especially mother's day, christmas, etc.), this estimate will be closer to correct. i receive close to 170 orders EACH WEEK, so there may be up to 170 people who ordered ahead of you at any given time! believe me when i say i am working around the clock to pump out orders.
remember - everything in my shop is completely handmade and to-order by just this one pair of hands, so it takes time!
