From Nov 18th -20th we were the featured sellers on the front page of Etsy, and within 48 hours we received over 600 orders, selling well over 2800 bars. Please keep in mind that we also operate a business website and an Amazon store, so it has been a busy and grueling 2 weeks. We never projected this much traffic, and quickly realized we needed to push out even more stock on certain varieties (the Apple, Ireland Tweed, Anniversary Stout, Oktoberfest, Canadian Hops, Almond and a few others were everyone's favorite.) We have had 21 hour days of making, wrapping and shipping soap since the feature.

I understand you are anxious about the holidays, and so are we, we are also keeping our eyes on the calendar. We originally hoped to have each order out within the quoted 10-12 business day lead time, but some took a few extra days due to the volume of orders and/or an item or two in the order having to be restocked (some soaps were much more popular than others and quickly sold out.)

J and I really do appreciate all the orders and your patience during this time. We are still processing and shipping on a daily basis so please keep an eye out on your mailboxes. We know a lot of our bars are intended as stocking stuffers. I apologize if anyone did not receive these in time for Chanukah gift giving, but if anyone contacted me stating they needed their package by a certain date for a special event, I have been more than happy to accommodate their request.

Orders from the Nov 18th-30th should have already arrived or will be arriving in the next few days. Orders from the Nov 30th - Dec 10th will be arriving between Thursday and Monday.

It has come to my attention that you are not receiving tracking via email from Paypal or Stamps when I ship your order. Please contact me with your full name if you need tracking for your order.

An important note on tracking: USPS's tracking system seems to have been tinkered with on their end over the weekend, because it was down for a day. Now we can't seem to track anything that shipped past December 5th.

If your tracking looks like it has not been picked up and it was printed after the 5th, please give the system some time to show updated information. It does not mean that I have not shipped it, but that USPS has not scanned the package so it can show an update.

For our Canadian and overseas patrons, please understand that delivery can take up to 45 days to some areas. All Canadian and overseas orders received are in transit.
