Do you wholesale or offer bulk prices on your products?
Yes! We sure do.
We have worked with a lot of customers on bulk orders and wholesale pricing. Reach out to us and we’ll gladly work with you!
How do I order a personalized product?
For a lot of customers, Etsy can be a little tricky because of all of the personalization options. We have filled thousands of orders so we are familiar with ALL sorts of requests.
For most of our items there is a ‘personalization’ box during the checkout process where you can enter your request. You can never be too specific; however, we are pretty good at deciphering your intentions.
Some of our items don’t have this ‘personalization box’ option. In which case, you can leave a note in the ‘note to seller’ box at checkout. ;)

Do you do proofs / mockups?
We only offer proofs and mockups on bulk orders or custom designed logos.
Can you engrave company logos?
Yes! And we don’t charge any extra.
I will say, not 100% of logos work. But if you can get an .AI or .EPS file of your logo, that will always work. JPEG and screenshots can be super tricky at times.

Are your items gift wrapped?
Our items all come in a nice packaging! Ready to be gifted. ;)
The keychains, camera straps, pet accessories, wallets, etc., come in a nice cotton bag.
The leather trays, signs, and cutting boards come in a nice box with tissue / bubble wrap on the inside.
