Welcome to The Button Atelier, my studio where I create enameled art jewelry, and buttons for the passionate collector. Enameling is an ancient art that has changed very little in 600 years. It's a technique of fusing powdered glass to metal in thin layers, which are ultimately sanded and polished to glow like a jewel. It's a time consuming process but the results are worth it. A good enamel is an heirloom that will never fade.
