POSTAGE: All purchases within Australia are shipped via REGISTERED post. Overseas orders are posted via regular air mail. Please note I am not responsible for postage times to your location I can only give you an estimate when posted as it is given to me by Australia Post. Please note I do not post to Italy or Turkey.
Turnaround time will start only once payment has been received and not before.
ORDERS: I am getting a lot of requests from customers wanting to see designs in a particular name I no longer can do this as it takes me away from valuable sewing time and in turn increases my turnaround times.
If you see a particular design you like elsewhere I am happy to make something similar but please note I will not copy someone's work, I will work with you to create something just as nice
FABRICS: I literally have hundreds of fabrics so please ask if you are after a particular colour or theme and I will try my best to help you. All fabrics are purchased in small amounts and once sold many are not reorderable so please be quick if you see something you like
DISCOUNTS: Please note I no longer offer 10% discount to returning customers due to the increased postage costs importing these lovely fabrics along with threads, stabilizers etc
