Important Care Instructions for gauged polymer clay earrings....

These gauged earrings are made for healed ears. Do not stretch your ears with these. Stretching with a porous material like wood, clay, and stone could cause significant damage to your skin. To avoid bacteria only use in healed piercing, not fresh ones.
Wear all body jewelry with caution and care. If you are unsure about wearing polymer clay, you can always wear them with eyelets or ear skins. You can use a little oil (vitamin E works good) to slide your new gauges in with ease.
These earrings are not intended for everyday use and should not be worn for days or weeks at a time. If they are glazed, the glaze will wear over time. Also if glazed DO NOT use hot water to wash them, because it will cause the glaze to fog up and could cause it to peal. They should not be slept, or showered with.
When cleaning your gauges you should always use cold /warm water with an antibacterial soap…rub gently with a soft cloth to keep from scratching them. These earring are fragile and should always be handled with care. The may break or crack if you drop them or bend the to hard. If they need to be re-glazed or repaired please contact me ant we can work something out.
