Welcome! I am happy to reserve items for you for up to a week, but please don't use a coupon code to purchase it if you do so, or any sale offers. I've had too many people 'reserve' items, only to wait until I had my next sale to purchase. This isn't fair to me as a business woman, when someone else may have purchased the item at the full price while I was holding it for the buyer who reserved it. Reserving items, also, often incurs more work for me in case someone accidentally purchases it - I then have to add another relisting fee, and may even have yet another relisting fee to pay if your reservation of the item extends beyond Etsy's time limit for items on the site.
Payment
I currently only accept PayPal. You will have 3 days to pay for your purchase, otherwise it will be relisted so that others can have a chance!
If you are reserving an item, you may then NOT use any coupon codes on it, or sales. It is full price.
Also, if you are reserving an item that costs over $100, you must immediately put half down (nonrefundable), and the payment plan may not extend over more than 60 days. I will not send you the item until it is paid in full.
Shipping
I use the USPS. If the package is shipped internationally, I can't be held responsible for customs problems- there are countries out there that will just take what they want when packages come in! Because the amount of orders I receive is huge, I now visit the post office once to twice a week (so that I have enough time to design new items each week, to keep the shop full), so please be patient. I will ship out your order soon. Allow around 2 weeks for the USPS to deliver it, up to a month and a half if international.
Please be nice to me and don't leave mean feedback for shipping issues that I can't prevent! Just write to me and ask what's up. Oh - and I can't ship to Italy. They don't allow lace or hair ornaments through customs, among a ton of other things.
Refunds and Exchanges
I don't give refunds or exchanges on bras, hair ornaments of any kind or skin ornaments of any kind, due to health codes and common sense. Also, most of my items are one of a kind and handmade. I represent them fairly in the photos. If you need an exchange of store credit, you will need to pay the shipping fees (unless the mistake was mine!).
Also, please be aware that I am NOT a perfectionist, despite being a lover of detail. There might be a few threads that you have to trim, although the overall piece will be beautiful and everything firmly attached.
I'm also not an exemplary seamstress - just a gifted designer. Remember that my seams may not be straight, and although the piece will look beautiful on, if you look at the insides and construction, I've likely broken every rule in the book. It will last, however. And if it doesn't, I'm HAPPY to give a refund if you return the item. :)
