Shipping IS NOT FREE. Costs are calculated based on overall weight and destination, PLEASE email me for a qoute. I cannot set a flat rate due to the wood being heavy and the different zones*** However rest assured I DO NOT charge high overinflated rates fees, only what it truly costs. YOU WILL RECEIVE A SEPERATE INVOICE for your shipping fees once your sign has been boxed and weighed up.. Signs WILL NOT ship until this invoice has been paid.

Insurance is optional on orders.. Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have mailed if uninsured. Orders shipped through UPS under $100 have insurance included. USPS is $1.70 under $50.. Please let me know if you would like insurance on your package.
