Welcome to the little schremlin*, home to handmade sci-fi, fantasy, foodie, humor, and nature inspired jewelry, accessories, notebooks, cards, and pencils. All items in this store are schremlin-approved, meaning that they are truly handmade with care, quality, and love.

This year I'm introducing paper products and metal jewelry to the shop. I am super excited about working in these new mediums and have been able to source some great eco-friendly and vegan materials for both. I am committed to truly hand making all items in my shop, which means I cut my own paper, make my own book cloth, bind my own text blocks, cut my own metal blanks, sew my own fabric, and make my own rivets. I strongly believe that when something is presented as 'handmade' it should be crafted by an artist, not assembled by salesperson.

I love my work because I make things I like, and as I said up there^ that mostly consists of science fiction, fantasy, good food, humor, and nature. You can find a variety of creations with these themes here, and if you’re interested in just one type of item in particular you can use the navigation bar at the left to narrow things down. I am thrilled to announce that the little schremlin has been accepted to the Ann Arbor Sunday Artisan Market, a juried market that runs from April through December on Sundays from 1100am-400pm.

*schremlin, n. \sh-'krem-lin\: A mythical little creature that is adorable, furry, and has a big heart and a wagging tail. Tends to be high energy and to have a mind quite of its own. Though it often gets into trouble, its adorable face and loving nature renders any thought of scolding useless. Not to be confused with a small dog.
