Thank you so much for visiting The Lucy Shoppe or Lucy B here on Etsy.com. Creating jewelry from start to finish with pride and meticulous attention is what is I have been doing for over ten years. What started out as a hobby has turned into an obsession of sorts. I've taught myself how to wrap wire, hot and cold forge, and along the way I've learned A LOT about different kinds of beads. Generally, I just love collecting all sorts of beads and using them to design and create jewelry that is unique, fun to wear, modern and stylish.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. I thoroughly enjoy making jewelry, but more than this I hope that the jewelry I make will be treasured.. If you're happy with your purchase......let me know!! And likewise, if you're unhappy... I would also like to know...The *selling--shopping--purchasing* transaction does not end with receiving your payment.. :-)
Presently, I accept Paypal as well as some credit cards which are listed at checkout. I apologize but I can no longer accept money orders or personal checks.
Generally, I will ship within 48 hours of your payment - sometimes the same day, depending on what time I receive the order. All jewelry will be contained in a safe manner and presented as a "gift".
Please contact me for priority mail shipping prior to your purchase, (if this method is preferable) and the additional cost will be included in your invoice at checkout.
Since I cannot assume responsibility for items which may be lost or stolen after shipping, the one thing I can do is use "tracking" for all of my sales which is included in the shipping cost. At least this way I have some idea as to where the item is. After all, once something is mailed it is in the hands of the US postal system (whom I happen to trust) sometimes packages do get detained. But with tracking we have some control over this.
Unfortunately, I have decided that I will no longer ship internationally. While I have sold to many persons abroad, and have not had issues with deliveries, there may have been one or two - and so until our postal system can provide tracking abroad I will have to keep all sales within the boundaries of our one huge country. So sorry.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you have a change of heart - no worries - please just notify me within 3 days - and if you must - please return the item in its original packaging (box and ribbon or bag) and I will refund your payment less the shipping cost.. If there is something in particular that you realized after your purchase that you don't like; ie. the clasp or the length - these things can always be amended to your satisfaction. I just ask that you notify me as soon as possible (within 3 days is preferable) and if the adjustment is within my realm of possibility I will take care of it..
**The refund policy mentioned above applies ONLY to the handmade, handcrafted jewelry which I personally make. All jewelry noted as *vintage* is sold as is and is considered 'Final Sale', UNLESS the item received in some way was inaccurately described in the listing. If this IS the case, I would appreciate being notified as soon as possible, and I assure that every effort will be made to see to an amicable resolution.
Please note that each piece of vintage jewelry I choose to list for sale is described IN FULL as to its functionality, wear, approximate age and overall appearance. The photos provided hopefully aid in seeing the item as clearly as possible. Additionally, all of the prices given each piece are determined by each of the above factors.

I will also be happy to provide more photos if necessary, so that a confident and assured purchase can be made which will guarantee your satisfaction.
