If you do NOT write your event date in the notes to seller, your order is processed and completed in the turn around time stated above. I'm happy to provide rush shipping for an additional cost if you need your order sooner. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding our shipping and processing time.

** MY ORDER WASN'T CORRECT**
If there is a problem with your order, please send the package back to me in the original condition it was mailed and within 5 days from receiving the package. If mailed after the 5 days or if it's in poor condition, I cannot guarantee a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
** MY ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE BY MY EVENT DATE**
I will do my best to get your package to you by your event. However, I can never guarantee that a package will arrive by a specific date and therefore will not offer a refund if your package does not arrive on time due to a shipping delay.
** MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS **
The customer is responsible for the address entered when placing an order and therefore I will not issue a refund for this mistake.
PLEASE NOTE: custom and personalized orders are non refundable, no exceptions.
